Dragon Fruit Kefir Sherbet

Sweet and spotted dragon fruit seeds speckle our frozen kefir in this fun summertime treat. This Dragon Fruit Kefir Sherbet is great for kids and parents alike!

Servings: 4


  1. Slice the pitaya in half and spoon flesh into a blender. Add liquid kefir.
  2. Scoop all the frozen kefir into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture back into the frozen kefir pint container or a plastic container with a lid and return to freezer for 1 hour before serving.
  4. Alternatively, freeze the blended mixture overnight and remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving to soften.
