Tummy Taming Smoothie

This belly balancing blend is our our go-to remedy for a post-holiday celebration.


  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Start blending on low, then gradually increase speed to high. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy immediately, alone, or with a light breakfast.
  2. * We chose Lifeway Lowfat Plain Kefir to keep the added sugar content down, but feel free to substitute with the kefir variety of your choosing. A fruity option, such as blueberry or raspberry, would go well with this blend.
